Shira is a motivating and caring coach with over 10 years of experience in group fitness! Her group fitness certification through the ISSA, bachelors of science in Public Health, and background as a professional dancer all meld together to create her unique approach to coaching, instruction, and movement. She is determined to cheer you on while bringing out the best in you during every class. Open to all fitness levels, Shira makes newbies feel welcome and safe while simultaneously ensuring experienced athletes feel properly challenged. Even when classes are challenging, you will feel supported the whole way with Shira's contagious positive energy.
Shira's career as a professional Hip Hop dancer has greatly influenced her training style. Not only does she appreciate a lil' dance break between sets, but she is also hyper focused on safe form. Longevity and health are always top of mind in every workout she designs. She is also endlessly passionate about bringing out the best in her clients. Shira believes everyone is SO much stronger than they think and she loves showing people what they are really capable of, guiding them to stronger and more confident versions of themselves!
