This 10-minute lower ab circuit is designed to target that tricky muffin top area. Tone and tighten your lower ab with 4 exercises specifically designed to engage your core in all the right places. To complete this circuit, perform 30 seconds of each exercise with 10 seconds of rest between each. At the end of the circuit, enjoy 30 seconds of rest. Repeat this circuit 3 times total for a full lower ab burner.
