This full body calorie burning workout will help you develop muscles throughout your upper body, lower body, and core. Round1

  • Squat with Row – 1 Min
  • Slow Tempo Deep Squat with Row – 1 min.
  • Pistol Squat Right – 1 min.
  • Pistol Squat Left – 1 min.
  • Squat with Row Quick Tempo – 1 min.

(Rest 1 minute if needed)

 

Round 2

  • Squat with Row – 1 Min
  • Slow Tempo Deep Squat with Row – 1 min.
  • Pistol Squat Right – 1 min.
  • Pistol Squat Left – 1 min.
