Welcome to our Fit Summer Beach Series consisting of bodyweight-only, no equipment workouts! Today's workout is focused on increasing power and strength while targeting your lower body & core! Follow along with Sunny Trainer Alex as he coaches you from the sandy beach with this 20 minute bodyweight beach workout. For this workout, you only need your body weight and 20 minutes of your time to give your legs and core the ultimate challenge. Follow along wherever you’re working out from. Let’s get it, Sunny fam!
