“Tell Them” Steps: Take a cue from Coach Dee and step into action with the "Tell Them" Steps. Engage your core and lift your knees up high as you march in place. This movement gets your blood pumping and your energy flowing, ready to take on whatever challenges lie ahead.

Front Kicks: Next up, unleash your inner warrior with dynamic front kicks. Extend one leg forward, flexing your foot, and alternate between legs with each kick. Feel the power and determination coursing through your body as you kick away any lingering traces of sleepiness.
