-Jog in saddle (70-90 RPM)
-Add resistance hold pace
-Speed increase in saddle (80-100 RPM)
-Jog in saddle (70-90 RPM)
-Speed increase in saddle (80-100 RPM)
-Jog in saddle add resistance (70-90 RPM)
-Out of saddle hold pace
-Speed increase out of saddle (80-100 RPM)
-Jog out of saddle (70-90 RPM)
-Speed increase out of saddle (80-100 RPM)
