      Main Workout

      • Cross-Legged Seat and Breathing: Sit cross-legged, focusing on slow, deep breaths.
      • Neck Rolls: Gently tilt and circle your head to release neck tension.
      • Wind-Releasing Pose with Foot Rotations (Left): Pull your left knee to your chest and rotate your foot.
      • Left-Leg Spinal Twist: Twist left, stretching your spine and lower back.
      • Wind-Releasing Pose with Ankle Rotations (Right): Repeat with your right knee, rotating your ankle.
      • Right-Leg Spinal Twist: Twist right to relieve lower back tightness.
      • Deep Breathing: Take deep breaths to fully relax.
      • Hug Knees, Spinal Rocking, and Knee Circles: Hug your knees, rock gently, and circle your knees.
      • Wide-Knee Child’s Pose: Extend forward in child’s pose, stretching shoulders and back.
      • Cobra (Up Dog) and Neck Rotations: Lift into cobra and slowly rotate your neck.
