Workout Details

Complete 1 minute of each of the following exercises.

  • Mountain Climbers to Toe Taps
  • Hip Dip Knee Crunch
  • Plank Reaches
  • Reverse Crunch

Rest 1 minute and repeat circuit 3 total times.
