Warm Up – 3 mins

  • Slow Tempo Squat with Row (1 min)
  • Thigh Focus (1 min)
  • Slow Tempo Deep Squat (1 min)

  • Thigh Focus (1 min)
  • Slow Tempo Rows (1 min)
  • Slow Tempo Deep Squats with Row (1 min)
  • Quick Tempo Squat with Row (1 min)

REST 1 MIN

 

Round 2 – 4 mins

  • Thigh Focus (1 min)
  • Slow Tempo Rows (1 min)
