WORKOUT DETAILS: 

-Start with a specific warm-up: Kneeling plank to full plank to prepare your core.

-Begin the first interval: Perform alternating leg lowers for 20 seconds, followed by a 10-second rest.

-Transition into pullovers for the next 20 seconds, followed by a 10-second rest.

-Continue with alternating leg lowers for another 20 seconds, then take a 10-second rest.

-Follow up with pullovers for 20 seconds and take another 10-second rest.

-Engage in alternating leg lowers for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds.

-Repeat pullovers for 20 seconds, and rest for 10 seconds.

-Keep going with alternating leg lowers for 20 seconds, followed by a 10-second rest.

-Finish strong with the last set of pullovers for 20 seconds.

-Wind down and stretch with an upward dog stretch to cool down.
