This full body strength workout includes 6 exercises designed to challenge and target your entire body. Use the weight of your choice to complete the 6 exercises. The weight you choose should be challenging to complete the last few reps of each set, but not impossible. Continue to challenge yourself with this routine by increasing the weight as you get stronger.
