Regardless of what type of mini stepper you have - a regular stepper, twist action stepper, or stepper with resistance bands you can get an incredible workout. However, some of our workouts are designed to make use of resistance bands on mini steppers with this feature. If you have a regular stepper, you’re still welcome to try these workouts. In most cases, you can use light dumbbells in the place of resistance bands for a similar effect.
