WORKOUT DETAILS:

Warm-up: Begin your practice by grounding yourself in Thunderbolt Pose, setting the tone for a mindful and focused session. Transition seamlessly into Adapted Child's Pose, allowing your body to release any tension and prepare for movement. Flow through Cat-Cow, syncing breath with movement to warm up your spine and create space in the body.

Main Sequence: As you move into the main sequence, find strength and stability in Standing Forward Bend to Half Bend, elongating the muscles of the back and legs. Transition gracefully from Chair Pose to Mountain Pose, feeling the power and resilience of your body. Flow through a series of standing poses including Warrior 2 and Reverse Warrior, embracing the challenge and finding ease within the movement.

Cooldown: As you approach the end of your practice, reconnect with your breath in Upward Facing Dog and Downward Facing Dog, allowing your body to surrender and release any remaining tension. Strengthen your core in Boat Pose, cultivating inner strength and resilience. Conclude your practice with another round of Boat Pose, feeling the transformative effects of your practice resonate within.
