Workout Details:
WARMUP
To start things off, we have a 2-minute warm-up session that will help you prepare your muscles for the upcoming workout. The warm-up consists of the following exercises:
-Staggered Squats
-Reverse Lunge
-Inchworm
-Low Lunge with Stretch
WORKOUT
Upper Body: The first section of the workout is dedicated to upper body exercises. You will perform two rounds of the following exercises, each lasting for a minute:
-Hammer Curl to Bicep Curl
-Overhead Press to Tricep Extension
Lower Body: The next section of the workout is focused on lower body exercises. You will perform two rounds of the following exercises, each lasting for a minute:
-1 Staggered Split Squat + 1 Reverse Lunge (alternating)
-Sumo Squat
Core: The final section of the workout targets your core muscles. You will perform two rounds of the following exercises, each lasting for a minute:
-Plank Pulls Weighted Toe Touches
-Under Legs Single Arm Press
-Plank Hold
COOLDOWN
To complete the workout, we have a 1-minute cooldown session that will help your muscles relax and recover.
