WARMUP

-Start with Twisting Bear Hugs to activate your core and promote flexibility.

-Transition into Squat to Overhead Reach to improve your range of motion and posture.

-Engage your stabilizing muscles with the Single Leg Hold, enhancing balance and coordination.

WORKOUT

-Round 1 Begin the workout with KB Suitcase Squats, a lower body exercise that also challenges your core stability.

-Move on to the KB Full Body Chop, an explosive movement that engages your upper and lower body simultaneously.

-Test your grip strength and core stability with KB Farmer’s Carry.

-Elevate your heart rate with the KB Push Press, targeting your shoulders, triceps, and core.

-Finish the round with Glute Bridge to KB Sit Up, a combo move that strengthens your glutes and core.

-Round 2 Round 2 revisits the movements from Round 1, intensifying the challenge and maximizing your workout's effectiveness.
